I wonder how my veggie garden is going to survive?
The other reason is that my boys are having school holidays at the moment, and if you read my blog you might think my home looks like this.....
or like this......
or sometimes like this.....
But the truth is that, during school holidays, it mostly looks like this.....
in every room of the house, which you, my dear readers, don't need to be subjected to!!
I'll be back soon.
Till then

Awwww... Baxter is adorable! Believe me, I understand how difficult it is to blog with lots of boys everywhere :) My posts have been pretty few and far between this summer. Enjoy your time with your boys and your new "baby!"
ReplyDeleteOH Sharon this is such a brilliantly funny post! I adore Baxter the Beagle and the serene versions of your gorgeous home but can completely understand why you need some 'mayhem' time! I was going to say enjoy but it looks as though you already are! Warmest wishes Glenda xxxx

ReplyDeletePS- Thanks for sharing those beautiful pictures of your dinning room with us, they are just full of inspiration!!
LOL Sharon that last picture looks like my dining room table! The best was when I was using my chop saw on it because I had no place else to work! Funny how it goes from fabulous to ridiculous in a day.

ReplyDeleteHi Sharon,
ReplyDeleteI just found your blog today and I am so happy! Yours is the first one I have ever found from South Africa! My very dearest friend is from SA, has been in Canada for about 10 years, she is from Johannesburg. My doctor and his family are also from SA, there are lots of your citizens over here actually, all wonderful people!
Your blog is beautiful, I shall look it over more. The photos of your home are just gorgeous.
It is normal to have a home that looks lived in, we gussy it us for photos, though eh?
Hugs, Cindy
