Monday Musings - Perfect Portals

There's something about a garden gate. It gives us a taste of what we can expect to find beyond it. It is full of hope and promise. I hope the week ahead is full of hope and promise for you too!

Till next time

  1. OLÁ. QUE LINDO ESSES PORTÕES. MINHA FILHA ESTUDOU EM 2009 EM CAPE TOWN, EU NÃO CONHECI ESTA CIDADE. ELA NÃO QUERIA VOLTAR. QUERIA MORAR AI.

  6. I love this post Sharon since we're getting ready to hang a pair of antique gates to my secret garden. I hope it says exactly that....there are interesting things that lay beyond! Beautiful!!

  11. Love garden gates! Especially ones that allow views beyond. Hey if the owners didn't want me peeking in, they would have a solid gate :-)

  14. Such beautiful images! There's something absolutely captivating about a gateway that leads to 'who know's where?' - it captures the imagination like such inspiring stories as the 'The Secret garden' or perhaps an alternative fantasy portal for 'The lion the Witch and the Wardrobe'!
You have a very beautiful blog and a gorgeous home - delighted to have found you!
    best wishes from England,
